I am a BSc sports therapist and personal trainer, with other qualifications in nutrition, psychology, treatment and education. I am also a author of 'how to train your vegan' and of course a Vegan!
I am based in Cardiff, UK. This is where I provide one-on-one personal training and rehabilitation.
